The AHRC’s themes, Digital Transformations and Translating Cultures provide a funding focus for emerging areas of interest to arts and humanities researchers. The University of Liverpool is delighted to offer staff and postgraduate students the opportunity to attend an event led by two of the Theme Leadership Fellows.

Professor Andrew Prescott (University of Glasgow) and Professor Charles Forsdick (University of Liverpool), AHRC Theme Leadership Fellows for Digital Transformations and Translating Cultures respectively, will give an overview of the portfolios of activity conducted in these two areas, and discuss future directions.

Professor Barry Godfrey (AHRC Theme Large Grant holder and member of AHRC Advisory Board) and Professor Claire Taylor (Chair of Digital Transformations Advisory Group) will also present the research projects they have led as part of the Digital Transformations theme. There will be an opportunity to discuss current trends in Arts and Humanities research, and future funding opportunities in this area.
